• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CCNA, RHCE) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, with at least 3 years focused on data center services and infrastructure.
• Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking protocols.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and data center management tools like DCIM software.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation and monitoring.
• Experience with high-availability architectures, disaster recovery planning, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
