• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in land development engineering, including site planning, grading, and stormwater management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD), and relevant design standards
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for land development in Michigan
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
