• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts related to software licensing, data processing agreements, and technology partnerships.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to advise on complex legal issues in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.
• Membership in good standing with a relevant bar association.
