As the Senior Manager, Growth & Demand Generation at CARTO, you will spearhead our efforts to fuel business growth through targeted demand generation strategies. CARTO is a leader in cloud-native location intelligence, empowering organizations to leverage geospatial data for smarter decisions. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end demand generation process, from lead acquisition to nurturing and handover to sales, ensuring alignment with our product roadmap and market needs.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, optimizing for key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. You will analyze performance data to iterate on strategies, experiment with emerging channels, and collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to refine our go-to-market approach. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a passion for scaling B2B tech solutions.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will manage a small team of growth specialists and work with external partners to amplify our reach.
