• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs) using Cisco or Juniper equipment.
• Proficiency in network security tools, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and healthcare-specific compliance standards like HIPAA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent preferred.
