HP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Onsite Video Support Engineer to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. You will conduct site assessments, implement upgrades, and train end-users to optimize system usage. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in onsite technical support for video and AV solutions, with a focus on enterprise-level deployments
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues related to video endpoints, codecs, and integration platforms
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, SIP protocols, and multimedia streaming technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in client-facing onsite scenarios
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel within São Paulo region as needed for onsite support
