• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
