• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Maritime Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in ports and harbors engineering, including design, construction, and operation of port facilities.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, coastal engineering, and structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of international maritime standards and regulations, such as those from PIANC and IMO.
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel as required for site visits and client meetings.
