Your responsibilities will include conducting privacy risk assessments for new initiatives, negotiating data processing agreements with regional partners, and representing the company in interactions with local data protection authorities. You will also contribute to global privacy training programs and advocate for innovative solutions that balance user rights with business objectives. • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution, with 7+ years of experience in privacy law, preferably in tech or software industries.
• Deep knowledge of Latin American data privacy regulations, including LGPD in Brazil, Federal Data Protection Law in Mexico, and similar frameworks in other LatAm countries.
• Proven track record advising on cross-border data transfers, GDPR alignment, and privacy impact assessments.
• Strong experience in drafting privacy policies, terms of service, and handling regulatory inquiries or audits.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
