Shine is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the design efforts for our Accounting & Invoicing domain. In this fixed-term role ending in March 2027, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's features that empower small businesses to manage their finances effortlessly. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and iterate based on feedback to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.

Your focus will be on solving complex problems in invoicing, expense tracking, and compliance reporting, ensuring our solutions are both user-friendly and scalable. You will contribute to the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation, while advocating for best practices in UX/UI design. • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in fintech or accounting software.
• Proven expertise in designing for accounting and invoicing workflows, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping and user testing methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
