Belvo is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our open banking platform, driving innovative financial solutions that empower businesses across Latin America. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver impactful user experiences in a fast-paced fintech environment.

As a Senior Product Manager at Belvo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of open finance in Latin America. Belvo's platform enables companies to connect with financial data and services seamlessly, and you'll be at the forefront of innovating products that solve real-world challenges for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify customer needs, defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to execute on priorities. You'll analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on features, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regional regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of launching successful products from ideation to market
• Strong understanding of open banking, APIs, and regulatory landscapes in Latin America
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, and data analytics platforms
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Fluency in English and Spanish
