• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or product specialization, with at least 2 years focused on diabetes care or endocrinology
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare system, diabetes therapies, and regulatory landscape
• Proven track record in product launches, clinician training, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to travel up to 50% within Brazil
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
