• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in programme or project management within the financial services or insurance sector
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes with budgets exceeding €5 million
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, trade finance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, Basel III)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing diverse, international teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, or similar tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish or other European languages advantageous
