• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role within scaling operations or international expansion
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-border projects in the e-commerce or automotive sector
• Strong leadership skills with experience in agile methodologies and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; German or other European languages a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to travel as needed for European expansion initiatives
