• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in site development and underground utilities (e.g., water, sewer, electrical conduits)
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing site work and utilities installation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
