• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in QA, with 5+ years specifically in mobile app testing for Android and iOS environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams of 5 or more members, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, product, design).
• Proficiency in bug tracking and reporting tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluency in English and German is advantageous.
• Experience with performance, security, and usability testing for high-traffic mobile apps.
• Familiarity with international standards and regulations for software quality in media applications.
