• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on software and hardware integration in energy systems

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including automated and manual testing
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the energy sector (e.g., UL, IEC standards)
