• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in requirements engineering and software management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jira, or Polarion
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with embedded systems, real-time software, and quality standards like ISO 26262 or IEC 61508
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
