• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in hybrid environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
