In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focused on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess vendor risks, automate compliance processes, and integrate TPRM functionalities with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow TPRM modules, creating custom reports and dashboards, managing risk assessments, and ensuring seamless data flows between ServiceNow and external risk management tools. You will also conduct stakeholder workshops, provide technical guidance, and support ongoing platform enhancements to align with evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - Third-Party Risk Management are highly desirable.
