• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Professional SRE preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong emphasis on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Expertise in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and SRE best practices including SLO/SLI definitions.
