• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in ServiceNow or cloud platforms are highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise in incident management, on-call rotations, and post-mortem analysis to improve system reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
