• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and automation scripting (Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on-call rotations
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
