• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Strong expertise in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of networking, Linux/Unix systems, and database management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for documenting processes and mentoring junior engineers
