• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles.

• Strong expertise in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
