• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software design and development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and system architecture
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python, and familiarity with software design patterns
• Experience in telecommunications or networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP) is highly desirable
• Strong bilingual skills in English and French, with excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
