• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on C++, Qt, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in real-time systems, networking protocols (e.g., IP, Dante, AES67), and embedded software
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Experience with cross-platform development for Windows, Linux, and potentially embedded environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international team
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
