• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
• Expertise in Java, Python, or C++ for backend development, and proficiency in modern frameworks like Spring Boot or Node.js
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven track record in designing scalable, distributed systems and optimizing performance for high-traffic environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
