• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration
• Proficiency in SQL Server 2016-2022, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of high availability solutions such as Always On Availability Groups, clustering, and replication
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning using tools like SQL Server Management Studio and PowerShell
