CMC Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Dallas, ensuring efficient execution, compliance with regulations, and high safety standards. As a Senior Superintendent - Water/Wastewater at CMC Partners, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects focused on water supply and wastewater treatment systems. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project schedules, managing site logistics, monitoring subcontractor performance, and conducting regular quality assurance inspections. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and municipal authorities to innovate sustainable solutions that address urban water challenges, such as flood control and water recycling initiatives. Emphasis will be placed on implementing best practices for safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency in every phase of the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications like PMP or LEED preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water/wastewater construction projects, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of municipal water treatment systems, wastewater processing, and environmental regulations (e.g., EPA standards).
• Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills to manage teams of 20+ workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety protocols (OSHA certified).
• Ability to work remotely with occasional site visits in the Dallas area.
