• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technology roles
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and best practices in employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Spanish labor laws and remote hiring practices
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
