• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT and software roles.
• Proven track record of filling senior-level tech positions, including developers, architects, and engineers.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse), and talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws and international hiring practices preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
