As a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer - Security, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality learning experiences that enable customers to maximize the security features of our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive curricula, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments focused on security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response using Datadog tools.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with the latest platform updates and customer needs in the EMEA region.
• Adapting materials for various formats, such as virtual instructor-led training, self-paced online courses, and certification programs.
• Analyzing learner feedback and performance data to iteratively improve course effectiveness.
• Contributing to the localization of content for non-English speaking markets within EMEA.

This remote contract role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in EMEA while contributing to Datadog's mission of helping organizations secure their digital environments. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, or instructional design, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Deep knowledge of security concepts, cloud security, monitoring tools, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2)
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong writing and communication skills, with experience creating technical documentation and multimedia content
• Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability platforms is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment across EMEA time zones
• Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred
