Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our Technology and Operations team in Toronto. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of our digital banking platforms by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. You will work closely with developers, QA analysts, and product owners to identify testing needs, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate testing into our continuous delivery pipelines.
Key responsibilities include creating scalable automation solutions for web, mobile, and API testing; performing root cause analysis on test failures; and mentoring junior team members on best practices. You will contribute to shifting left on quality by embedding automation early in the development lifecycle and collaborating on test strategy for new features.
