• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java, or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills
• Security clearance (Secret or higher) is highly desirable
