Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with brand guidelines.

You'll also contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, promoting consistency across all user touchpoints. • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing senior-level work in digital products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems
• Experience in LATAM markets or multicultural design is a plus
