WPP is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our dynamic team in driving user-centered innovation across our portfolio of global brands. In this role, you will conduct ethnographic studies, usability testing, and surveys to gather deep insights into user behaviors and needs, particularly in the realm of digital marketing and consumer experiences. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and strategists to translate research findings into actionable design principles and business strategies that elevate our clients' campaigns.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing research plans, analyzing data for patterns and opportunities, and creating compelling reports and presentations that influence decision-making at executive levels. You will also mentor junior researchers, contribute to research tool evaluations, and stay abreast of emerging trends in UX research methodologies.
