Nespresso is seeking a passionate Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic design team in Esplugues de Llobregat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding our customers' needs and behaviors to inform the creation of intuitive and delightful digital experiences across our platforms.
You will conduct end-to-end user research, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure our solutions are user-centric. Key responsibilities include designing research studies, analyzing data for actionable insights, and advocating for user needs in the product roadmap.
