In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high availability and performance of our production environments, implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems, and collaborating with development teams to automate deployments and resolve incidents proactively. You will contribute to our SRE practices, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency in a cloud-native setup.

Our projects involve working with microservices architectures, big data processing, and real-time analytics, ensuring that our insurance platforms handle millions of transactions daily without downtime. As part of a cross-functional team, you will participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvements through post-mortems and infrastructure as code initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation scripting (Python, Bash)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
