Traina is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to take the lead on our digital presence for a two-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will be the voice of our brand across all major social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Your primary mission will be to grow our audience, foster an engaged community, and drive traffic to our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Monitor and respond to user-generated content and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.
• Analyze social media campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales, to ensure brand consistency and coordinate promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to ensure our strategy remains fresh and effective.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and potential brand advocates.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience only in marketing; no other professional background will be considered.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
