• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Strong expertise in full-stack development, particularly with JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Experience in fintech or payments systems, with knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards
