• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or Appium
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, Agile/Scrum practices, and defect tracking systems like JIRA
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to advise on quality metrics and process improvements
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
