• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on interaction design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
