• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in network planning, design, and implementation, with a focus on complex systems integration
• Proficiency in network modeling tools such as Cisco NS-OX, SolarWinds, or similar simulation software
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and security standards (e.g., NIST, DoD 8570)
• Experience with IPSAC or similar defense-related network architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Familiarity with RF engineering and satellite communications is a plus
