• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management roles
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Analytical mindset for optimizing processes and reducing costs
• Customer Relations certification preferred for effective stakeholder coordination
