• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within a technology or telecom environment
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Visio
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise systems like ERP or CRM software is a plus
