• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server database administration and development
• Proficiency in T-SQL programming, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing, and backup/recovery strategies
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Familiarity with Azure SQL or other cloud database platforms
