We are seeking a SQL Report Writer to create and maintain a suite of business intelligence reports. Your primary responsibility will be to write complex SQL queries to extract data from our relational databases and present it in a clear, understandable format for business stakeholders. This role requires strong SQL skills and an ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will help empower our teams with the data they need to make informed decisions.

As a SQL Report Writer, you will be a key member of our data team, responsible for fulfilling the data and reporting needs of various departments across the company. You will work directly with business analysts and department heads to understand their requirements and then dive into our databases to pull the necessary information.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using our BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for reports.
• Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports.
• Document data sources, report logic, and query definitions.
