• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in agile methodologies, squad-based delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, cloud technologies, and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teams in a multicultural setting.
• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent is highly desirable.
