Ci&T is seeking a talented Squad Leader (AWS) to join our remote team in Brazil. In this role, you will guide cross-functional squads in building scalable, secure cloud architectures using Amazon Web Services. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, fostering an agile culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sprint planning and execution, conducting code reviews, resolving technical impediments, and ensuring adherence to AWS best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
• Proven leadership experience as a Squad Leader, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead in agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Experience with Brazilian market regulations and remote team management is a plus
